The electric dirt bike world is evolving fast, and one manufacturer making serious waves in 2025 is Talaria. With its ambitious new models and upgrades to the existing line, Talaria is pushing the boundaries of what an electric off-road ride can deliver. Here’s a closer look at Talaria ebike 2025 vision — what’s new, what works well, and what riders should keep an eye on.
What’s New in 2025
Talaria Dragon
Talaria’s headline model for 2024/25, the Dragon, is designed to deliver real muscle. It uses a mid-drive motor with nominal power of ~10 kW and peak output of 28 kW. It claims ~630 Nm rear-wheel torque.
Its battery spec is roughly 5.2 kWh (nominal) / ~58.5 Ah, with faster charging rated (~4 hours) and multiple riding modes (Eco, Sport, Hyper). Top speed is listed as ~110 km/h (≈ 70 mph). It is expected to have a range of ~150 km under mild/moderate riding.
Physical specs: seat height, ground clearance, suspension travel, and frame geometry are optimized for off-road and trail performance. For example, adjustable front fork with significant travel (~250 mm in some documentation), 21-inch front / 18-inch rear wheels, etc.
Talaria X3 (XXX) and “Sting” Line Enhancements
Alongside the Dragon, Talaria continues to advance its more accessible line: the X3 / XXX model offers lighter weight (~58 kg chassis in some specs), smaller batteries (25 Ah or 40 Ah options), good range (~60-80 km depending on battery / riding conditions), and simpler drivetrain architecture.
The Sting series (MX4, MX5, etc.) also sees upgrades in components, controller efficiency, possibly more robust gearboxes, better suspension, and improved build quality. These are less extreme than Dragon, but appeal more broadly for trail riding, daily off-road, and users who want a balance of cost vs performance.
